Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop enterprise architecture and a technology roadmap for the digital workplace portfolio of platforms and technologies.
  • •Participate in team and organization-wide architecture and engineering discussions.
  • •Run rapid POCs to experiment and build foundations for engineering and product teams.
  • •Support engineers and project managers in rapid development and deployment.
  • •Mentor engineers and solution architects, and communicate strategy direction and changes to senior leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong passion for end-user computing and employee-facing technology.
  • •Extensive recent experience managing 25k+ Windows devices using tools such as MECM, SCCM, MSUS, and Intune.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least two of: JAMF for Macs, Intune or VMware for mobile device management, or VDI with VMware or Citrix.
  • •Experience with endpoint security products including Symantec DLP, Crowdstrike, and Tanium.
  • •Experience with identity and access management tools such as Azure AD and Okta.
