Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with Finance teams to diagnose workflows, identify high-leverage opportunities, and translate requirements into AI and automation solutions.
  • •Build and operationalize AI agents end-to-end, from prototype through validation, monitoring, documentation, and handoff.
  • •Write and optimize SQL for data extraction, transformation, calculation, and validation to ensure reliable, explainable Finance outputs.
  • •Design reusable knowledge layers, evaluation methods, validation patterns, and data-quality frameworks to improve agent accuracy and scale future use cases.
  • •Establish monitoring and observability for deployed agents, resolve technical/data issues, and enable long-term ownership through SOPs, runbooks, training, and self-service tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data analytics, technical operations, business intelligence, automation, solutions delivery, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-enabled tools, agents, automations, or workflows that changed a real business process.
  • •Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries using CTEs, window functions, and joins for analysis and pipeline logic.
  • •Proven ability to independently scope and deliver technical solutions for process improvement with ownership through adoption.
  • •Strong analytical, investigative, written, and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
