Provide advanced customer care for daily banking transactions, handling inquiries, problem resolution, and referrals to the right business partners. Key Responsibilities

•Provide premier customer satisfaction by greeting customers by name, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in accordance with bank policies.
•Perform teller and bank operations tasks including cash withdrawals, check signing approvals, transaction approvals, night deposits, dual key process, and maintaining required balancing records.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies and financial center procedures, applying established guidelines in decision-making.
•Train and develop new and existing CSRs as needed and identify other CSRs capable of training new staff members.
•As Lead, monitor CSR operations, delegate issues to Customer Services Manager, act as office resource for CSR activity, and meet sales referral goals set by management.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED.
•Minimum 3 years of CSR experience to perform retail policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
•Ability to demonstrate advanced math functions.
•Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public and communicate professionally in written or verbal formats.
•Flexibility in scheduling and ability to take initiative using sound judgment to resolve problems.
