Job Summary

Develop and review architectural drawings under the direction of a Project Lead, ensuring design intent is incorporated. Support project concepts and production of CAD/BIM models, sketches, presentations, and construction documentation across multiple projects and sectors. Prepare and manage architectural deliverables including elevations, sections, and details, and solve technical design problems using established standards. Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders, presenting ideas clearly and leading specific project aspects.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, modify, and review architectural drawings to ensure design intent is incorporated.
•Produce project BIM/CAD modeling and create sketches, presentations, and reports for design and construction documents.
•Prepare and manage architectural documents including elevations, sections, and details; archive documents as appropriate.
•Resolve technical and design problems using established design standards and support project scope and planning when needed.
•Assist the project team during documentation/production, manage design tasks and deliverables, and report progress and risks against the design programme.

Key Requirements

•Architectural design and detailing experience to support architectural design development and documentation.
•Proficiency in Revit for architectural design and BIM/CAD modeling.
•Working knowledge of AutoCAD for producing and managing architectural drawings and documents.
•Ability to prepare working/presentation drawings, renderings, and architectural documentation following standards.
•Experience working on construction project documentation and coordinating design outputs with project teams.
