Job Summary

Oversee Circle’s KYC operations for B2B onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews. Lead and develop a regional team of KYC analysts, manage case volumes to meet SLAs, and improve drafting quality for risk acceptance memos. Drive AI-enabled enhancements to KYC workflows, ensure documentation and audit readiness, and collaborate with engineering, product, QA, Monitoring & Testing, Audit, and exam teams. Act as escalation for complex compliance issues while monitoring regulatory changes.

•Oversee customer KYC onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic review processes, including documentation of related policies and procedures.
•Manage case volumes across workflows to ensure timely execution and consistent adherence to SLAs.
•Lead and develop a team of KYC analysts, improving quality, consistency, and risk-based decision-making.
•Oversee the drafting quality of Customer Risk Acceptance memos and provide feedback that produces decision-ready risk writeups.
•Identify, design, and implement AI-driven enhancements to KYC workflows, while ensuring documentation standards, audit readiness, and quality assurance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 192,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant AML and KYC review experience for corporate customers, including designing and implementing scalable KYC processes and governance frameworks.
•1+ years of experience managing analysts and driving performance, quality, and operational excellence.
•2+ years of relevant crypto experience.
•Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools in compliance/KYC workflows with responsible, regulatory-defensible implementations and strong internal controls.
•Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative, technical, or data-oriented degree preferred.
