  • •Manage case volumes across workflows to ensure timely execution and consistent adherence to SLAs.

  • •Oversee the drafting quality of Customer Risk Acceptance memos and provide feedback that produces decision-ready risk writeups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 192,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant AML and KYC review experience for corporate customers, including designing and implementing scalable KYC processes and governance frameworks.
  • •1+ years of experience managing analysts and driving performance, quality, and operational excellence.
  • •2+ years of relevant crypto experience.
  • •Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools in compliance/KYC workflows with responsible, regulatory-defensible implementations and strong internal controls.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative, technical, or data-oriented degree preferred.
