IT Local Support Professional

Provide efficient, end-to-end IT support for Canon UK and Canon Europe employees and contractors, working alongside European Central IT Support. You’ll support remote and field-based users, help meet SLA targets with friendly, customer-focused service, and escalate issues when needed. The role includes imaging, deploying, and supporting Windows laptops and mobile devices, installing and maintaining IT equipment and network infrastructure, and keeping IT assets, documentation, and logs up to date.
