Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead legal support for quick commerce site expansion, negotiating and drafting leases and third-party services agreements for dark stores and ultra-fast delivery hubs.
  • •Manage rapid, high-volume site acquisition pipelines with compressed timelines and evolving requirements.
  • •Negotiate and draft real estate agreements including leases, build-to-suit agreements, development agreements, and purchase contracts for logistics and operational facilities.
  • •Advise on construction and fit-out contracts, project management agreements, and enabling works packages.
  • •Support compliance with local real estate, planning, and construction regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including site compliance for operational readiness and landlord dispute management.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
  • •Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • •Experience in real estate, construction, or related transactional practice.
  • •Experience working across multiple jurisdictions in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey or South Africa.
  • •Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
