Talent Acquisition Support Specialist

Support end-to-end recruiting activities by analyzing job descriptions to define candidate skill profiles, conducting first-level screening, and selecting applicants who match requirements. Build and maintain relationships with local and international recruitment agencies, evaluating vendor performance against service delivery agreements. Update and maintain a recruitment database of CVs and interview candidates to support future manpower needs, while adhering to all relevant HR policies and procedures.
