Senior Structural Drafter leading a team to deliver detailed 3D and 2D structural drawings for EPCI fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and oversee a team of structural drafters to ensure accurate and timely completion of fabrication projects within the EPCI industry
•Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and client requirements, providing guidance and expertise for the preparation of detailed structural design drawings
•Collaborate with the engineering team, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, scope, and priorities
•Conduct regular quality control checks to verify compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
•Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and training to develop skills and productivity

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in 3D Tekla and 2D AutoCAD/Microstation structural drafting, modeling, and drawing extraction
•Extensive knowledge of structural design codes and standards (API, AISC, ACI, ASCE)
•Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and project requirements accurately
•Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to supervise a team and collaborate with stakeholders
•Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools to allocate resources and manage workflow
