Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, Build, Ship: Take full ownership of the product roadmap and lead the design and implementation of features that scale across our platforms
  • •Collaborate & lead: Partner with clinical and sales teams to translate product requirements into beautiful, shippable products
  • •Own the Experience: Ensure every state of every feature is bulletproof and champion a rigorous testing culture emphasizing reliability and aesthetic quality
  • •Extreme Ownership: Manage products end-to-end from design to production observability and testing
  • •Prototype in hours and move with autonomous velocity to deliver reliable software

Key Requirements

  • •BS (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Cognitive Science, design, or similar
  • •A Portfolio: track record of designing and shipping production-level software where you owned both the UI/UX and the code
  • •10x Builder: AI-native developer / vibe-coding power user, constantly experimenting with the latest LLM
  • •Product Instinct: proven track record of shipping software that is intuitive and translates complex clinical data into a clean user experience
  • •Communication: ability to articulate technical trade-offs to engineers while explaining product decisions to clinical and sales stakeholders
