Job Summary

Serve as a field-based associate territory manager, supporting sales and territory coverage while helping clinicians and support staff adopt and enroll patients into ZOLL Patient Management (ZPM). Drive account growth for assigned territories by promoting LifeVest utilization and supporting sales and account management of CDx products. Develop clinical understanding of sudden cardiac arrest and LifeVest data, deliver in-services, train hospital/office staff on order processes, and analyze trends for the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Persuade physicians and engage, educate, and empower support staff through one-on-one discussions, group in-servicing, exhibits, and conferences.
•Sell and grow assigned accounts; achieve assigned sales objectives.
•Support sales and ongoing account management of LifeVest to promote consistent utilization.
•Support sales and ongoing account management of CDx products.
•Enroll and train customers on ZOLL Patient Management (ZPM), train hospital/office staff on submitting complete orders, and reduce medical order exceptions.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required.
•One of the following: 1+ year sales in B2B (pharmaceutical or medical device), 2+ years field clinical support (pharma/medical device), 2+ years clinical experience in a cardiology multispecialty hospital, or 3+ years as a Junior Military Officer leading a team, project, or account management.
•Valid state driver's license required.
•Ability to influence clinical decision-making through sales efforts, including presentation and discussion of clinical data.
•Willingness to relocate within the Area Director’s boundaries throughout tenure.
