Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimise deployment of liquidity and funding resources while operating within risk appetite and governance requirements.
  • •Drive liquidity and funding monitoring and forecasting for AMH and HBAP, including liaison with business and sites to steer total and single-currency positions.
  • •Own the Financial Resource Planning (FRP) process from a liquidity and funding perspective, projecting funding/financial resource requirements and impact on liquidity metrics.
  • •Own and enhance liquidity risk management and stress testing frameworks, including cross-currency liquidity management (methodology, limit calibration, monitoring, escalation).
  • •Review and advise on bespoke intragroup/client transactions, assessing liquidity/FTP impacts, and maintain governance/MI materials for senior management and committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in Treasury/ALM covering liquidity risk management and/or FTP in a banking environment.
  • •Good understanding of cross-currency liquidity dynamics, regulatory/internal liquidity metrics and limits, and balance sheet management.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data and market developments into actionable insights.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging and influencing across functions and business lines.
  • •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
