Job Summary

Use causal inference to measure the incremental impact of player experiences, product features, and commercial interventions on long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Design and analyze experiments, quasi-experiments, and observational studies to build frameworks for incremental CLV and uplift across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation. Work with cross-functional teams to embed causal insights into decisions by translating complex results for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply causal inference methods to measure the incremental impact of player experiences, lifecycle interventions, product features, and commercial initiatives on CLV.
•Design, analyze, and interpret experiments, quasi-experiments, and observational studies to answer strategic business questions.
•Develop frameworks for measuring incremental CLV, uplift, and causal impact across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation initiatives.
•Analyze large-scale behavioural and transactional datasets to identify drivers of player value and quantify causal impact.
•Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to operationalise causal insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Experience applying causal inference techniques in a commercial, product, marketing, or research environment.
•Strong understanding of causal inference methods and exposure to experimental design and A/B testing.
•Ability to independently frame business questions, select methodologies, and deliver actionable recommendations.
•Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using statistical and causal inference libraries.
•A Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related).
