Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and maintain the project QA/QC plan and quality objectives aligned with IMS corporate objectives.
  • •Monitor submittal status, review technical material submittals and method statements to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • •Build and implement supplier/subcontractor control systems and conduct site audits.
  • •Supervise QA/QC plan amendments/revisions, track changes, and ensure alignment with client requirements within specified timelines.
  • •Identify training needs, manage the project training matrix, ensure QMS process compliance, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role and 2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance/quality control principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee QA/QC teams and develop compliant processes.
  • •Proficiency in quality management systems/tools to monitor and improve product quality and processes.
  • •Professional qualification in Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE).
