Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily inspections of structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • •Inspect reinforced concrete works and reinforcement installation prior to concrete placement.
  • •Witness concrete pours and verify compliance with method statements, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • •Monitor formwork, falsework, temporary works, and construction methodologies to ensure safe construction practices.
  • •Assist with reporting and documentation (SORs, NCRs, RFIs, snag lists) and monitor contractor corrective actions to close out defects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in structural site supervision.
  • •Minimum 3 years' UAE/GCC experience on building construction projects.
  • •Good understanding of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and foundation construction.
  • •Familiarity with UAE Building Codes, structural standards, and construction methodologies.
