Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute hospitality riders for artists and crew, including food, beverages, and dressing room supplies.
  • •Shop for and stock items before and during shows to fulfill hospitality requests accurately and on time.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for artists and crew on show days, handling meals, catering, coffee runs, and errands.
  • •Assist Production and Venue teams with miscellaneous day-of-show duties and coordinate hospitality execution with production leadership.
  • •Track receipts and manage petty cash/venue-issued funds; clean, restock, and reset dressing rooms and backstage areas post-show.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle large enough for shopping runs is a plus).
  • •Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • •Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • •Experience in hospitality, live events, or production preferred, with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
