•Partner with People Team Leaders and Leadership to create pragmatic, strategy-aligned HR strategies and programs, including performance management and compensation reviews.
•Develop and implement programs that drive positive change and impact across the Manufacturing Team.
•Guide managers on career pathing, leveling, and skill development to support talent growth.
•Serve as a primary contact for employees to navigate professional or personal issues affecting work and growth.
•Lead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes, and programs and track key organizational health indicators.
