Store Manager

Oversee and manage daily store operations to deliver a seamless customer shopping experience in a fashion retail setting. Drive store targets and KPIs, manage financial performance (including shrinkage), and run regular audits and dashboard updates. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure compliance, and implement security measures to prevent theft. Lead and develop the sales team, manage schedules and employee records, and coordinate with higher management and back-end teams to address customer needs and relay product feedback.
