Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead the Sustainability function within the SEO, including charter, governance model, and operating rhythm.
  • •Define and maintain the BO sustainability roadmap, baseline/maturity assessment, and KPI framework, then produce leadership reporting and dashboards.
  • •Embed sustainability into relevant SEO processes such as service review, continual improvement, supplier review, and selected service transition/change activities.
  • •Identify, shape, and coordinate operational sustainability initiatives, tracking an improvement pipeline and benefits register until business-as-usual adoption.
  • •Partner with supplier management, procurement, and operational teams to strengthen supplier governance expectations and support asset lifecycle management and circularity practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in sustainability, service management, operational governance, transformation, or a related discipline within a large and complex organisation.
  • •Strong understanding of governance, performance management, reporting, and continual improvement in an operational environment.
  • •Experience translating strategy into practical operating models, standards, reporting, and actions.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence in a matrixed environment.
  • •Degree or equivalent professional experience.
