Key Responsibilities

•Communicate venue policies, procedures, and information to guests as they enter the venue.
•Proactively assist guests to ensure an enjoyable experience and answer common venue program questions.
•Direct restroom and concessions lines and greet guests entering and leaving; may distribute advertising flyers.
•Assist with guest complaints, resolve altercations, and ensure guest safety by removing hazards in your area.
•Maintain records (inquiries, complaints, lost and found) and report maintenance/cleaning issues to department managers; help with PPE/sanitization inventory.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•At least 2 years of guest service and communications experience.
•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Demonstrated judgment, tact, and diplomacy when handling guests and issues.
•Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, lift and carry 50+ lbs, and work late hours with a flexible schedule.
