Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with company policy and government regulations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and load/unload agricultural inputs using appropriate machinery/equipment.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks/seeps; maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas, perform grounds/warehouse maintenance (including forklift/loader/loader driving), and report customer complaints, repair needs, or safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet the minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license or ability to obtain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
