•Provide technical support to clients, sales teams and project staff to ensure correct application and performance of mining materials and solutions
•Conduct and oversee laboratory and field tests (compression, absorption, aggregate characterization) and document results
•Participate in test starts and execution of technical projects at mining sites and underground works
•Train site personnel on product application and share technical knowledge with customers and operators
•Prepare technical reports, perform statistical analyses and deliver presentations to stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree in Mines, Civil, Geology, or related field
•Minimum 3 years of field and/or laboratory experience in underground mining, tunnels, or shotcrete projects
•Experience executing technical tests in field and lab and interacting with clients, contractors and operating crews
•Technical knowledge of mortars, concrete, shotcrete, mix design, paste filling and fiber evaluation; ability to perform lab and field tests (compression, absorption, aggregate characterization)
•Willingness to travel and work on mining sites; strong focus on safety, sustainability and operational integrity
