Job Summary

Lead Finance Analyst for Finance Enablement’s Finance Data & Reporting Strategy team, setting and executing the finance data and reporting strategy. Partner across Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Treasury, and LOB Finance to improve data, reporting, and change control; support Workday reporting and planning tool enhancements; and help strengthen the Finance Data Hub through data quality work, including a GCP transition. Assist forecast and business flow process initiatives.

•Contribute to building and designing finance data, reporting, and change control improvements across multiple Finance areas.
•Partner with Finance Enablement colleagues to continuously improve Workday reporting and planning tools for accuracy and user alignment.
•Apply knowledge of Key’s foundational financial systems, products, and businesses to assigned work.
•Support Finance Data Hub (FDH) data quality by assisting with the GCP transition project and resolving data issues.
•Assist with financial forecast initiatives and the transition toward centralized business flow processes sourced from FDH.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 63,000 - 96,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•1–3 years of analytical experience in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
•Strong financial acumen with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, deadline-focused approach.
