Key Responsibilities

  • •Support alternative delivery transportation projects, including mega-projects, for roadway, traffic, and drainage deliverables.
  • •Perform roadway design tasks such as developing highway improvement design packages and applying design calculations (e.g., SSD/DSD, superelevation, lane acceleration/deceleration).
  • •Create traffic deliverables including MOT cross sections and traffic control plans, typical cross sections, and related traffic design items.
  • •Produce signing and pavement marking design and contribute to traffic signal and interchange/interstate design efforts.
  • •Develop drainage designs including storm drain design, culvert analysis, hydrology, ditch design, bridge deck drainage, temporary drainage, and stormwater quantity control.

Key Requirements

  • •For CAD Designer roles: BS degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
  • •Junior Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •EIT Certification or PE License (preferred).
