Job Summary

Own post-sale relationships with Retail & Ecommerce advertisers, guiding them through the full funnel from awareness to conversion. Partner with Client Partners to shape pitches and end-to-end campaign strategies, optimize performance across web/app channels, and deliver measurement and tracking insights. Drive adoption of TikTok for Business solutions (including Pixels, MMPs, and TikTok Shop where applicable) and coordinate with product, engineering, creative, and operations teams to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow post-sale relationships with Retail & Ecommerce advertisers, including conducting strategic business reviews.
•Collaborate with Client Partners on pre-sale research and pitches, and develop advertising strategy using TikTok for Business solutions across the full funnel.
•Drive campaign setup checks, performance monitoring, optimization recommendations, and analyze results to provide actionable insights.
•Increase adoption of auction-based tools and support clients with technical measurement and tracking implementation (Pixels, MMPs, and TikTok Shop where applicable).
•Coordinate with product, engineering, creative, and ad operations teams to troubleshoot client issues, support creative solutions, and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing performance-based campaigns across in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media.
•Hands-on experience with campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.
•Strong expertise in optimization, tracking, attribution, and measurement, including app tracking tools (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer) and web tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture).
•Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing for social/content platforms and Retail & Ecommerce industries.
•Proficient English and Turkish and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
