Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in a multidisciplinary design services team providing Building Services BIM modelling services to clients across multiple infrastructure sectors.
  • •Manage BIM data requirements for projects throughout design and construction phases.
  • •Collaborate with internal BIM technicians and designers to produce drawings and models that meet client goals and project KPIs.
  • •Produce accurate reports for the Design Manager and integrate management systems efficiently with project controls.
  • •Use model management, BIM coordination, clash detection, and ISO19650 to facilitate multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or educational institution, or equivalent industry experience, with 5-10+ years’ Building Services BIM modelling experience.
  • •Advanced Autodesk Revit experience is essential.
  • •Demonstrated experience producing high-quality BIM models and documentation in a Building Services environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and/or Hydraulics).
  • •Ability to chair workshops with BIM stakeholders, with strong communication skills and capability to create reports and VR presentations.
  • •Previous experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI is highly regarded.
