Key Responsibilities

  • •Install crossmembers and lay the wiring harness as part of pontoon boat framing production.
  • •Read blueprints and schedules; use tape measures to ensure boats are square and crossmembers have even overhang.
  • •Perform routine quality assurance checks and report any issues or defects; collaborate with quality control to maintain standards.
  • •Conduct regular equipment maintenance and coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs or adjustments.
  • •Strictly follow safety protocols, report safety concerns/incidents, maintain production logs, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal).
  • •Ability to read and understand blueprints and schedules.
  • •Experience using hand tools and production equipment (impact wrenches, drills, screw guns, wrenches).
  • •Ability to work a fast-paced, physically active environment with reliable attendance and punctuality; flexibility for overtime and weekends.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift; ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
