  • •Define and implement the A220 portfolio structure and operating model across internal teams, including roles/responsibilities, processes, methods, tools, and governance.
  • •Set short- and long-term portfolio strategy aligned with company objectives; ensure correct budget and resource allocation to the right projects.
  • •Lead operational plan preparation, set priorities consistent with strategic objectives, and manage constraints tied to complex projects and resources.
  • •Manage non-recurring costs governance with finance, including cost control processes and quarterly financial exercises.
  • •Lead Programme SMS activities: deploy and enhance the Safety Management System, run safety risk assessments, deliver risk-reduction projects, and ensure topic closure and programme safety representation.
