Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and customer data solutions within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem. Support and maintain AEP-based implementations, including XDM, AEP APIs, Web SDK integrations, and ingestion/transformation/activation workflows. Build custom solutions using JavaScript and Python, troubleshoot data quality and performance issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support & maintenance of AEP-based customer data solutions, including ingestion, transformation, and activation workflows.
•Design, develop, and maintain high-quality data pipelines and integrations within the AEP environment.
•Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and Python; troubleshoot data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
•Collaborate with marketing, product, and data science teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience and personalization.
•Contribute to planning and execution of AEP projects, communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years overall IT experience with 3–4 years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
•Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
•Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data quality best practices; 3+ years in Tag management (Adobe Launch).
•Experience with Web SDK (2+ years) and knowledge of data ingestion/transform/activation in AEP.
