Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.
  • •Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations, and investor services support.
  • •Resolve issues, improve service delivery, and support strong client satisfaction.
  • •Lead quarterly service reviews and senior management reporting, including due diligence facilitation.
  • •Manage client profitability, pricing strategy, competitive awareness, and repricing; identify growth opportunities and support new products/services delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (Master’s preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management, alternative investments, or consulting.
  • •Strong client relationship management experience with institutional clients and senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience supporting complex institutional clients or alternative investment managers.
  • •Knowledge of fund operations and functions such as accounting, investor services, treasury, trading, or asset servicing.
