Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead independent underwriting for new and renewal opportunities within an assigned Wholesale Banking portfolio.
  • •Provide in-depth analysis of financial statements, industry and competitive dynamics, collateral, and guarantor support for credit risk deliverables.
  • •Prepare short- or long-term financial projections using Moody's Risk Analyst or Excel.
  • •Manage the assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, ensuring risk rating integrity, covenant compliance, and remediation follow-through.
  • •Participate in client calls and make recommendations to Relationship Managers and Credit Approvers on credit amount, structure, and policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •7+ years of experience in a commercial lending environment.
  • •Subject matter expertise in aligned industry, commercial credit, and lending concepts, practices, and regulations.
  • •Advanced written and analytical skills to analyze balance sheet structure and income/cash flow trends.
  • •Ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flows for commercial and/or residential real estate or C&I companies.
