Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and manage merchandising samples across up to 8 seasons, including maintaining samples in the merchandise room.
  • •Facilitate sample check-out/check-in between departments and outside sales representatives, and coordinate dates for meetings and shoots.
  • •Support styleout and special projects by providing samples in delivery order, tracking late status, and sharing spec/color updates to production.
  • •Assist with look book and photoshoot execution, including packing/organizing samples in shot-list order, ensuring readiness, and creating a shotlist book (CAD work required).
  • •Manage sample handover from product development to merchandising and produce CAD pages/visual tools for teams, including creating missing-sample CADs and seasonal binders.

Salary: USD 70,304 annually
