Job Summary

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for the Middle Market segment by prospecting, developing relationships, and engaging the local market. Partner with Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Commercial Payments, Capital Markets, and Wealth teams to deliver integrated financial solutions. Own pipeline development, sales execution, forecasting, and performance against production goals while operating within credit, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new Middle Market commercial relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
•Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and execute against sales rhythms and production goals.
•Develop and maintain relationships with centers of influence and represent the bank through active market/community engagement.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to structure client-centric financial solutions and support onboarding and transition.
•Maintain market intelligence and provide accurate pipeline tracking, activity reporting, and forecasting while managing risk and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
•5+ years of work/practical experience in business development, commercial banking, or relationship-based sales.
•Experience identifying, qualifying, and originating new commercial client relationships.
•Working knowledge of commercial lending, deposit products, and treasury management solutions.
•Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
