Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical design support to project teams and deliver projects that meet client requirements.
  • •Lead and manage the project team, working flexibly and independently as required, while efficiently managing time.
  • •Supervise technical project teams and liaise with Client and Contractor.
  • •Organise and coordinate Design Teams and sub-contractors.
  • •Execute day-to-day delivery tasks across project stages, including production of design deliverables, responding to technical queries, site inspections, and change Control monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or other recognized approved equivalents
  • •Eligible member of an appropriate professional institution (MCIAT or recognized approved equivalent)
  • •Understanding of Building Regulations and relevant Technical design guidance
  • •REVIT and Navisworks to achieve project delivery to Level 2 BIM (Building Information Modelling)
  • •Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
