Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, fabricate, assemble, install, and adjust building components, plant and ground equipment, machinery, and parts.
  • •Execute assignments requiring plumbing skills and millwright skills, including welding materials.
  • •Perform general building maintenance and construction work and maintain facility locks and keys, including digital security access doors and gates.
  • •Assist with hazardous waste storage, removal, and cleanup; keep work areas clean between shifts; conduct Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walks.
  • •Adhere to safety procedures and regulations (e.g., DOT, FAA, TSA), complete required trainings and paperwork, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and follow supervisor or Crew Chief instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently (or the language native to the geographical location).
  • •36+ months of journeyman experience in plumbing and possess the applicable state or city license.
  • •Must pass FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) and be able to obtain required airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
