Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary onsite client point of contact and maintain close client interface throughout the program cycle.
  • •Oversee quality control procedures, design reviews, estimates, and coordination of design team actions and approvals.
  • •Monitor budget, schedule, and cash flow projections; manage cost control and financial terminology/analysis.
  • •Support contract negotiations and review pre-construction documents, addressing contract disputes, schedule variances, change orders, and proposed change orders.
  • •Coordinate value engineering, oversee claims avoidance procedures, manage change management (RFI), and provide project status and quality compliance relative to schedule, cost, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience with Federal Projects (or demonstrated equivalency).
