Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project delivery from inception through commissioning and handover to operations.
  • •Coordinate with general contractor and architect/engineer services for construction-related activities.
  • •Support constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, long-lead procurement input, and RFI/submittal reviews.
  • •Develop and maintain baseline schedules and provide regular progress updates and reporting/dashboard coordination.
  • •Oversee construction-phase activities (site visits, meetings, inspections/testing support, punch-list/issue tracking, and final handover support).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of construction field experience and ability to be effective in a client-facing role.
  • •Degree in construction management (or equivalent) and OSHA certification.
  • •Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to lead, coordinate, and organize multiple stakeholders (e.g., general contractor, architects/engineers) and produce project/program status reports.
  • •Strong construction management knowledge for commercial building applications, including building codes/standards and safety in design and health & safety regulations.
