Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, maintain, scan, file, retrieve, track, and destroy electronic and physical personnel security records and case files.
  • •Review personnel security forms/documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; perform data entry in personnel security databases.
  • •Monitor Outlook central mailboxes and respond to inquiries/status requests.
  • •Conduct case file quality assurance reviews to identify and correct data issues and maintain/update tracking mechanisms (e.g., MS Excel/MS Access).
  • •Prepare periodic ad-hoc reports and draft paperwork for FOIA-related requests or investigator case-file review support.
