Job Summary

Build and foster client relationships by proactively reaching out, answering questions, and assessing customers’ banking needs across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. •Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients while maintaining knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
•Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, including experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
