Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of mechanical infrastructure projects for gas systems, district cooling/chilled water networks, and utility pump stations.
  • •Provide technical leadership for engineering calculations, specifications, reports, drawings, and procurement support.
  • •Develop feasibility studies and engineering assessments for district cooling strategies, including decentralized and district cooling options.
  • •Evaluate and recommend gas supply solutions (LPG, Natural Gas, SNG) and design gas storage facilities, gas farms, PPRS/SPRS, and distribution networks.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary coordination, authority approvals, contractor document review, and QA/QC to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum 10–15 years of post-graduate experience in mechanical infrastructure engineering.
  • •Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer, or actively working toward a recognized professional accreditation.
  • •Proven experience designing and delivering LPG, Natural Gas (NG), and Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) systems, including gas pressure regulating stations (PPRS/SPRS) and gas distribution networks.
  • •Proficiency in hydraulic modelling software (e.g., Bentley WaterGEMS, SISHYD/GasWorks, FLUIDIT) and strong knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SBC, NFPA, IGEM, Civil Defense, Ministry of Energy).
