Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and project-manage applications for global licenses (VASP, MiCA, MSB) and other regional financial licenses.
•Monitor, analyze, and brief the executive team on shifting global crypto regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FCA, MAS).
•Partner with Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into concrete policies and audit-ready workflows.
•Collaborate with regulators and internal teams to ensure compliance across organizational processes.
•Drive risk management and ensure regulatory readiness across BTSE’s products and services.
