Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the commercial strategy for new and existing products, solutions, and services across markets to drive growth through innovative business models, sales channels, and partnerships.
  • •Own and drive Order Intake (OIT) performance for DXR in APAC with funnel creation, conversion, and deal orchestration to align with AOP targets.
  • •Lead funnel development and coverage strategy with clear visibility, risk assessment, and mitigation plans across markets.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable BMC plans, NPIs, quality initiatives, and channel support for optimized in-market approaches.
  • •Define and implement portfolio strategy, pricing governance, and negotiation support to maximize revenue and win rates across APAC.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of demonstrated experience in developing and executing commercial strategies for medical technology products or similar high-tech portfolios.
  • •Proven ability to own and drive funnel development, pipeline coverage, and alignment with annual operating plan targets across multiple markets.
  • •Experience leading large-scale tenders and cross-functional programs (Sales, CS, Finance, Regulatory, BU) with a focus on profitability and win rates.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate with regional and global teams to drive market success.
  • •Analytical mindset with capability to assess market dynamics, identify gaps/risks, and implement innovative business models to maximize revenue streams.
