Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Align HR strategies to business goals by assessing HR needs and implementing solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • •Design and deliver compensation programs, including analyzing market competitiveness and supporting manager communications.
  • •Support ethics and employee relations by contributing to training modules, improving processes, and assisting with audits.
  • •Help recruit talent for campus recruiting and improve recruiting and marketing efforts, including support for the internal intern program committee.
  • •Support talent development through needs assessments and development programs driven by business and functional needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
  • •Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher).
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people across functions.
