Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain customer approval for MRB authority through training and substantiated evidence of knowledge of relevant materials and structures.
  • •Design repair solutions for damaged hardware using modeling tools such as Catia to restore design intent for composite and metallic aerostructure components.
  • •Support product line design activities and operational process modifications to meet current and future business needs.
  • •Interface with customers to communicate repairs and justify decisions; coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain consent for defects and damages.
  • •Support manufacturing and Quality with troubleshooting, root-cause corrective actions, standardization of manufacturing processes, and lean/digital manufacturing initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years for Engineering/Other Technical Position roles.

  • •Experience working in manufacturing and assembly operations environments.
