Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute territory sales plans; identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and increase market share.
  • •Serve as primary customer contact from project identification through completion, building long-term relationships and addressing concerns with operational teams.
  • •Monitor market conditions, construction activity, competitor actions, pricing trends, and communicate market intelligence to leadership.
  • •Prepare and present quotations, bids, proposals, and estimates; support pricing strategy, review plans/specifications, and track margins and revenue realization.
