Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex analyses and provide guidance on disaggregating problems into simpler parts.
  • •Oversee development and understanding of analytical tools (including and outside of Excel) and supervise teams working with clients to obtain data.
  • •Analyze risks to existing or proposed covenant packages and provide guidance on analyses for different credit products.
  • •Build fully integrated financial and transaction models end-to-end and draw preliminary conclusions.
  • •Take ownership of key elements of bankruptcy case management and deliver executive-ready, audience-appropriate deliverables.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of restructuring/distressed experience in a professional services or consulting firm environment.
  • •Undergraduate degree from a top academic institution.
  • •Prior hands-on experience building/developing/overseeing integrated 3-statement financial and 13-week cash flow models.
  • •Advanced degree(s) and applicable professional certifications are preferred (CFA, CIRA, CPA).
  • •Ability to undertake extensive travel and work long hours/weekends as needed for client demands.
