Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end coordination of Major Capital Equipment (MCE) from procurement/order placement through delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Act as primary on-site interface between Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Design, Commercial teams, and equipment suppliers.
  • •Coordinate suppliers, resolve issues, manage schedules, provide field support, and support commissioning readiness across equipment packages.
  • •Provide visibility and escalation management for equipment-related risks, delays, defects, resource constraints, and supplier performance.
  • •Ensure equipment vendors have resources, technicians, parts/spares, documentation, and site access to support installation and commissioning activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coordinating complex equipment packages across the full project lifecycle (not only procurement or construction).
  • •Technical understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure equipment, or data center systems.
  • •Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple disciplines, influence teams, and drive accountability.
  • •Strong organizational/management skills with effective collaboration.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore (or similar construction project management tools).
