Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project controls team on high-profile infrastructure projects, providing performance reporting and analysis support.
  • •Collaborate with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines.
  • •Establish progress and cost monitoring methods and produce project control reports.
  • •Provide performance analysis and recommendations to clients as day-to-day contact where required.
  • •Manage earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, and baseline management activities (including SOX control responsibilities where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a project controls environment on a major infrastructure project or programme would be beneficial (e.g., Airports, Rail, Utilities, or Highways).
  • •A thorough understanding/experience of earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management, and reporting.
  • •Experience with P6 environment and earned value style progress and cost reporting.
  • •Numerate and computer literate with highly competent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Familiarity with financial/procurement systems including Oracle and SAP, plus web-based project control tools.
