Technical Coach

Deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes by coaching learners, facilitating training and workshops, and running progress reviews. Develop and enhance curriculum content, maintain accurate learner records, and mark assessments with timely, constructive feedback. Support English, maths and digital skills development while ensuring compliance with DfE funding rules, Ofsted requirements, and internal quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of the apprenticeship offering and learner experience.
