Key Responsibilities

  • •Coaching and delivering engaging learning experiences for apprentices in line with programme standards.
  • •Manage a caseload of apprentices, delivering training, workshops, and progress reviews to keep learners on track.
  • •Maintain accurate learner records and mark assessments, providing constructive feedback within timescales.
  • •Support learners with English, maths, and digital skills development throughout their apprenticeship.
  • •Ensure programmes are delivered according to DfE funding rules, Ofsted requirements, and internal quality standards; contribute to continuous improvement of the apprenticeship offering.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in a technical or training/coaching role.

  • •Mark assessed work and provide clear, constructive written feedback within defined timescales.
