Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot automated warehouse equipment, including autonomous robots for case, layer, and/or pallet movements. Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and system troubleshooting to reduce downtime, eliminate defects, and improve production systems. Analyze technical data to identify issues proactively, support continuous improvement projects, and build technical skills in others as you develop toward equipment area ownership roles. Work rotating 12-hour shifts with possible weekend/holiday overtime.

•Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve equipment and systems to reduce downtime and eliminate defects.
•Analyze trends and technical data to identify issues proactively and support continuous improvement.
•Develop technical mastery and build technical skills in others, with opportunity to become equipment area owner.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.7 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma/GED and 2 years of technical experience in manufacturing or a similar industry.
•Applied mechanical skills in an industrial environment.
•Knowledge of manufacturing machinery including engines, pumps, compressors, conveyors, gears, bearings, and other mechanical components.
•Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision instruments for disassembly, assembly, measurement, alignment, and testing.
•Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mechanical issues, with strong teamwork skills.
